I was fortunate enough to buy my first home and have Stacia as my realtor. Since it was my first time buying a house, I had loads of questions and was extremely nervous regarding the process. She was not pushy and did not force me into a house that was more expensive. My house popped up on the MLS the night before we were about to check out more homes. As soon as I saw it, I reached out to Stacia, and she got an appointment immediately for the following morning. As soon as I walked in, I knew. This was the one. From the look on my face, she knew this was the one as well. Since there were multiple offers on the home already, she helped me craft a solid offer to buyer. I found the home on Friday night, walked through Saturday morning, put an offer in Saturday afternoon, and got the call Tuesday night that I was the selected buyer. I've never gotten emotional over buying something before, but this was a monumental moment. I went through escrow very quickly and Stacia explained every document and appraisal along the way. When I got the keys to my house I was greeted with a "Welcome Home" gift and a feeling of accomplishment. All would not have been possible if it was not for Stacia. She is an outstanding realtor that truly puts her client's best interests first. She truly listens to your needs, is patient, educational, and works within your approved budget.
